Travel Advocacy
A well-supported trip begins long before you leave. Our advocacy work is the planning: learning what you need, checking that a destination, ship or property can meet it, and making sure the people who will look after you while you travel have the details they need.
Once you are on your trip, your tour operator, cruise line or other provider is your main source of support.
Accessibility and inclusion in planning
We start with how you travel, not only where. These are the questions we work through before anything is booked.
Access and sensory needs
Sensory & Accessibility Assessment. For neurodivergent or mobility-restricted travelers, has the destination been vetted for sensory impact and barrier-free movement?
Stateroom & Suite Intelligence. Has your room placement been vetted for proximity to noise (elevators, galleys, high-traffic decks) and accessibility?
Inclusive safety
Safety & Advocacy Check. If traveling as an LGBTQIA+ individual or family, has the destination or resort been vetted for inclusive safety standards?
Realistic timing
The "Transit Buffer" Audit. Are arrival and departure times coordinated with realistic transit windows, or are you one delay away from a missed connection?
Getting your details to your provider
Your provider is who supports you on the trip, so they should know what you need before you arrive. We never share your details without your consent. With it, we pass along what they need to prepare, such as mobility, sensory and dietary needs, so they can take over support once you are traveling.
Before you go
Terms
Contractual Clarity. Have all supplier terms, cancellation windows, and final payment deadlines been mapped out for you?
Protection
Insurance Synchronization. Is your travel insurance policy aligned with your specific risks (pre-existing conditions, specific activities, or high-value investments)?
Paperwork
Document Redundancy. Are your visas, health declarations, and entry requirements verified by an expert rather than a general algorithm?
If you are weighing how a trip will work for you, or for someone traveling with you, we are glad to start there.
